After 40 years at the helm of the company he founded in 1985, the business’s founder, Steve Tate, has stepped into the role of Chairman, passing day-to-day leadership tohis son, Josh Tate. What began as a small workshop has grown into a trusted manufacturing partner for major OEMs — a journey built on long-term customer relationships and the people who made them possible.
The new Board brings together a blend of internal experience and outside perspective:
- Paul Mc Gowan – Commercial Director
- Ian Barella – Operations Director

Josh Tate who takes the role with a clear focus on sustainable growth, investment in capability, and continued customer delivery, described the appointment as a “privilege” — and a responsibility to build on four decades of work.
