Elaine is responsible for the day to day running of the Rail Forum including working with the Board to set strategic priorities. She has responsibility for maintaining strong relationships across government and for delivery of our sector deal activities.

Cat has overall responsibility for ensuring our membership offer is regularly reviewed and developed so that it continues to meet members’ needs. She is also responsible for maintaining day to day contact with a designated group of our members and proactively supports the development and delivery of a range of member focussed events.

Dave is responsible for developing the relationship with, and providing support to, a designated group of Rail Forum members. He brings his unique combination of industry knowledge coupled with commercial acumen to his role. Dave also supports the team with event planning and delivery alongside other specific projects.

Laura is responsible for developing the relationship with, and providing support to, a designated group of infrastructure focussed Rail Forum members. Having been in the industry for over a decade, Laura’s experience will help deliver on specific projects and she will also support the team with event planning and delivery.

Sharon supports the team on a part time basis with a broad range of critical administrative tasks that contribute to how we support our members.

Will leads Rail Forum’s marketing and communications, overseeing the organisation’s brand, digital channels and external engagement. He develops campaigns and content to support events, initiatives and member communications, and manages the Rail Forum website. Will also contributes to key projects and supports the wider team with communications activity.

Rupert is our Interim Head of Stakeholder Engagement and brings extensive experience across the rail industry. He supports Rail Forum’s engagement with key stakeholders and policymakers, and contributes to key projects and initiatives.

Chris is our Health, Safety and Quality Manager providing part-time, project based support for Rail Forum’s health, safety and quality systems. He helps ensure safe, compliant and effective delivery across our activities, supporting the protection of people, maintaining standards and enabling continuous improvement.

As Business Support Intern, Elliott Brown assists the Rail Forum team with research, administration, and event delivery, providing reliable support and a strong attention to detail.

Claire is our Events Coordinator, she oversees the development and delivery of Rail Forum’s events programme. She ensures events are well planned, professionally delivered and provide value for members, while supporting event partners and helping to create engaging, high-quality experiences.

Dylan is our Communications Executive, supporting the delivery of Rail Forum’s communications and helping keep members informed and engaged. He manages member newsletters and digital content, supports communications for events and industry activity, and coordinates communications activity for Rail Safety Week.
