Rail Forum Statement on the Railways Bill

Rail Forum is pleased to see the Railways Bill introduced into parliament today [5 November 2025]. This marks the next important step in the rail reform agenda as the Bill begins its passage through parliament.

Over the coming days, we will be looking carefully at the details contained in the Bill and will provide regular updates to members on its progress.
