Rail Forum Midlands members ATA Recruitment (Part of the RTC Group Plc) have been delivering staffing and talent solutions to the Transportation, Rail and Infrastructure markets for over 50 years.
On Tuesday 9th August, ATA will host an event attended by a number of leading transportation industry guests. The focus will be on early engagement and EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion), the aim of the day is to set a precedent and for ATA to make a pledge to the rail industry that they will work in partnership with their clients and associates to ensure that inclusive recruitment strategies are developed and delivered in order to support the UK’s transportation and infrastructure Skills Gap.
