Virtual Confidential Clinic AppointmentsÂ

These appointments will be confidential and ran via MS Teams.
Swindell & Pearson (S&P) is delighted to offer free one-to-one intellectual property (IP) clinics for fellow Rail Forum members.
Members will have a chance to speak confidentially with Tim Gilbert, with a generous time allocation of up to one hour.
Tim is a director of Swindell & Pearson, a dual-qualified patent attorney, and a long-standing Rail Forum member with a prior academic background in railway engineering. Swindell & Pearson has protected IP for many Rail Forum members over the years.
The clinics will provide the opportunity to discuss the full spectrum of issues such as IP clauses, IP protection, IP enforcement, freedom to use third-party IP, confidentiality agreements, IP ownership, and IP transfers/licensing.
Furthermore, IP can be highly relevant to tax reduction (Patent Box, R&D tax credits, EIS/SEIS relief). While Tim is not a tax adviser, he is happy to summarise the schemes available and point members in the right direction.
Members are invited to book one of the 60 minute slots available on a first come first served basis. Further dates will be added in due course.
