Please note attendance at our formal AGM is only open to Rail Forum members and invited guests.
Our AGM has grown over the years to become much more than just a few minutes of formal business (important though that is). It is an opportunity for members to hear from the Rail Forum team and Board about what we have achieved and have planned, to understand how we spend your money and to put forward your own ideas for what we should focus on in the coming months.
The format for this years AGM will be similar to 2023 which gives members an opportunity to hear from a number of guests over a series of ‘fireside chats’.
Arrangements are as follows:
1.30pm Arrival and Refreshments
2.00pm Welcome and Formal AGM Business
2.15pm Mix of guest speakers and updates from the Rail Forum team
4.30 pm Refreshments and Networking
5.30pm Close
Bookings will close on 11th July with joining information being sent to registered delegates early the following week.
