Railway Family Week is a fundraising and awareness campaign organised and hosted by the Railway Benefit Fund.
Founded in 2021, Railway Family Week has a simple aim; to bring together the entire industry to raise £50,000 for RBF. This year, the week will span from 24 – 30 April, with plenty of ways to get involved in the build up to and during the week.
The last 12 months have been particularly difficult for the rail industry, and we have had our services called on like never before. In 2022, we supported over 1,000 railway people and their families with financial grants, debt advice and legal help. In addition, RBF launched a new Energy Fund to support with the cost-of-living crisis and increase in energy bills.
This was all made possible thanks to RBF’s generous supporters who raised £50,000 during last year’s Railway Family Week.
