We take responsibility for the complete journey: site handover, secure collection and transport, CCTV processing, item registration and photography, secure storage, passenger communication, claim review, ownership verification, tracked return, retention and agreed resolution of unclaimed items.
For rail operators, CLPS offers an alternative to fragmented, internally managed processes. We help transfer lost property workload and passenger follow-up away from contact centres, stations and operational teams, while maintaining a clear recovery route for passengers. Operators retain oversight through agreed service levels, escalation routes, structured records, performance reporting and audit evidence.
