Liebherr’s Transportation Systems’ 27 offices worldwide, supply cab and saloon heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, hydraulic actuation systems, dampers and hydraulic load levelling equipment for rail vehicles of all kinds. Liebherr has many years of experience in the development, manufacture, and field service of these technologies, offering support throughout the entire product lifecycle.
In addition to its own sales and service centres, the division has access to the Group’s extensive and unique technologies as well as development and service facilities around the world.
Liebherr Transportation Systems Innovation hubs around the world are developing new solutions which deliver better LCC, and deliver on sustainability and envionmental goals.
From removing refidgerant gases form HVAC systems, to retrofittable reduction wheel drag on rail (reducing wear on track and wheel) and battery and fuel cell turbo charging, Liebherr design, develop and deliver the next generation now, whilst providing supply and mantenance excellence globally. Our UK operation supply new solutions to new build and maintenance and repair (either one off fix or under contract) at depot or at our service facility in Gatwick.
