Railway Project Services is an award-winning SME delivering project support to infrastructure and rolling stock improvements. Right now we are delivering for Network Rail, West Midlands Trains and leading Tier One Contractors including AMCOGiffen and GRAHAM Group.

We are a specialist rail-only project management consultancy and therefore have a deep understanding of railway processes, requirements and the need for good stakeholder collaboration across all stages. In 2023 and into 2024 we will continue to grow and develop further relationships with railway organisations to continue to bring our expertise to the parts of the industry that need it most.
