PriestmanGoode Innovation Validated by Public Testing

PriestmanGoode had two great weeks at Marylebone Station in London, meeting passengers and gathering feedback on our new rail interior product Proteus. The live demonstrator was the result of the First of a Kind competition funded by the Department for Transport and run by Innovate UK. The goal was to find interior and seating solutions to address changing patterns of travel since the pandemic and encourage passengers back to rail.

The funding has allowed innovation to progress beyond a concept to a product that’s validated by public testing.

The UK Secretary of State for Transport, Grant Shapps MP was one of our visitors at Marylebone, demonstrating the Government’s commitment to innovation in rail – which he shared across social media.
