Market Sounding Questionnaire
Following on from the Briefing Session, Network Rail would like to invite organisations who have registered an interest in this market engagement to complete a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ). Your feedback is extremely important to Network Rail and will help shape the final sourcing strategy for this important programme of works. Please ensure only one response is provided per organisation.

Timeline:
- The deadline for completion of the questionnaire is 5pm Tuesday 19th July 2022.
- We will also be accepting clarifications around the scope and proposed procurement and commercial strategy for Midlands Rail Hub.
- The deadline for submitting clarifications is 5pm 12th July 2022.
- We will, where possible, endeavour to respond to clarifications within three working days.
