Rail Forum Announces Keynote Speaker and Table Hosts for InfraTalk 2024

Rail Forum are excited to announce that Clive Berrington, Group Commercial and Procurement Director for Network Rail will be providing the opening address and formal welcome of delegates to InfraTalk 2024.

The event will take place on Thursday 25th January 2024 and will once again be held online using our innovative, virtual networking platform which allows delegates easy access to engage with key representatives from tier 1s across procurement, commercial and senior management teams.

The format promises a ‘pure networking’ environment for the railway infrastructure sector. InfraTalk brings clients, collaborators, contractors and supply chain together and focuses on barrier free networking – it’s engaging, immersive and effective.

InfraTalk is fantastic for developing new contacts, nurturing old, finding new opportunities, meeting collaboration partners, exploring new innovations and ideas, engaging with the supply chain, uncovering solutions and gaining industry intelligence.

Ben Higgens, Engagement Manager at Rail Forum, said: “We are delighted to continue with this event in 2024 as demand for this style of event remains high. InfraTalk is different! It’s not a conference or an exhibition. It has no PowerPoints, no appointments, and it’s definitely not boring. Barrier free networking opportunities especially in Infrastructure are so important, which is why InfraTalk is always such a well-attended and loved event.”

Introducing our event partners, Ground Control and Global Centre of Rail Excellence (GCRE)

Rail Forum is delighted to announce two new event partners, Ground Control and Global Centre of Rail Excellence (GCRE). We are extremely grateful for the support of event partners as this enables the Rail Forum to deliver high quality events which remain free for members to attend.

Ben Shirley, Business Development Director at Ground Control said “Ground Control are delighted to be an event partner at InfraTalk 2024. InfraTalk is the virtual rail industry networking event, a must-attend occasion to engage with clients, supply chain and industry partners.”

Andrew Johnson, Head of Strategic Communications at GCRE said: “InfraTalk organised by Rail Forum has gained a reputation as one of the most innovative networking events in the UK rail calendar. It’s a fantastic opportunity for creative and effective infrastructure networking that has huge benefits for everyone taking part. The Global Centre of Rail Excellence will be a site offering Europe’s only purpose-built facility for infrastructure innovation and so we are delighted to be taking part in InfraTalk 2024 and proud to be a sponsor of this year’s event.”
