Rail Forum members are encouraged to take part in NSAR’s annual workforce survey, an exercise that helps build a clearer picture of capability, capacity, and future skills needs across the rail sector.
By contributing your organisation’s data, you will be directly supporting and influencing the planning, investment, and decision-making that shapes the industry’s workforce for years to come.
This year’s survey includes three new data fields: date of employment, leaver destination, and critical job roles.
Participating is straightforward. NSAR has provided a spreadsheet template for completion. Completed spreadsheets should be returned to [email protected].
