Mott MacDonald, the global engineering, management and development consultancy, is asking rail professionals to take part in a three-minute Global Rail Survey. It explores the forces shaping the industry’s future, from skills and workforce capability to digital and AI, resilience and delivery.
By taking part, you’ll help ensure the UK rail sector has a strong voice in the global findings. And, in keeping with the survey’s focus on what comes next, Mott MacDonald will fund one rail-focused mentoring placement through One Million Mentors for every 10 UK responses (up to a maximum of 20 placements), giving young people the guidance, connections and confidence to see a future for themselves in rail.
You’ll also receive the findings, revealing how priorities differ across countries, disciplines and organisations, and how the UK compares with rail markets around the world.
