Spencer Rail Engineering have announced that they have been appointed to Merseyrail’s new seven-year construction framework, securing places on both the £1.2m–£3m and over £2.5m value bands.
The framework will support the delivery of a wide range of projects across the Merseyrail network, including station upgrades, civils, M&E, utilities, communications, landscaping and infrastructure works on the operational railway.
