Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) is central to our methodology, allowing us to identify risks early, optimise designs, and unlock investment in the rail industry. The success of ECI was recently demonstrated by our £42m enhancement project at Tyseley Depot, completed early and within budget, resulting in £2.5m of savings for the client.

We work collaboratively with Network Rail, Train Operating Companies, Combined/Local Authorities, and Private Developers to enhance and maintain vital rail assets.
