Rail Forum Premium member QTS Group has been selected as one of three suppliers for a Transport for London framework supporting overhead-line infrastructure across the Elizabeth line and London’s tram network.
The framework will provide competent resources to support Transport for London’s in-house teams with overhead-line fault response, maintenance, renewals and inspection activities. Aureos Rail and Rail OP OHL have also been appointed.
The framework is valued at £4.664 million excluding VAT and is expected to run from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2029, with the possibility of a further two-year extension.
The appointment demonstrates the continuing demand for specialist electrification capability in maintaining the reliability and resilience of heavily used urban rail infrastructure.
