Finance Leaders Group meeting (4)

Date/Time
Date(s) - June 10 2024
3:00pm - 4:30pm

Location

This event will take place online.

Our next Finance Leaders follows on from our previous edition by giving our finance colleagues the opportunity to hear from two very different parts of the industry: a major project and a train operating company.

  • Sam Turner, Chief Financial Officer, East West Rail is a nationally significant railway project which aims to deliver much-needed transport connections for communities between Oxford and Cambridge.
  • John Sturgeon, Finance Director, East Midlands Railway, a major operator delivering services across the region, is investing £600 million to bringing customer improvements to their services, trains and stations.

The event will be hosted by our Finance Leader Chair Stephen Longmore, Finance Director for Bridgeway Consulting and Vice Chair, Mark Gadsby, Director from Fishbone Solutions, together with our partner PKF SmithCooper, represented by David Crump, Corporate Finance Director.
