The Rail Forum are delighted to host a range of business and innovation support organisations in the Rail Forum Innovation Exchange (P80) on Day 2 of Rail Live – the UK’s largest outdoor rail exhibition Rail Live at Long Marston, Stratford-on-Avon.

With 2x 1.5hour networking sessions providing open access to a range of innovation support and growth organisations, this is a great opportunity for visitors and exhibitors alike to tap into a variety of funding and support services.  No booking required!  Just turn up and chat!

Session Times:

  • Session 1 (10:00-11:30)
  • Session 2 (12:30-14:00)

Each session will have the following organisations participating:

  • European Space Agency – find out about their selection of FUNDED programmes including Space4Rail (feasiliby study & demonstration project), Digital Supply Chain, and Direct Negotiation.  Come and chat with Paul Bhatia for more info about how space and satellites can help your rail activity.

  • Innovate UK EDGE – Speak with Ian Evley about how Innovate UK EDGE can empower innovation-driven businesses like yours to grow at pace and achieve their industry- and society-transforming ambitions.
  • Midlands Aerospace Alliance – Cross-Sector Opportunities – find out about the Aerospace Up Programme which is jointly run by our friends at the MAA and the University of Nottingham, and offers a range of support including grants, workshops and expert help – chat with Liz Griffiths for more detail.
  • Innovate4Rail – Managed by University of Derby, this project has been created to stimulate and support innovation and drive productivity among small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire (D2N2) Rail Sector Supply Chains.  Speak with Ana-Maria Stevenson for further info.
  • InterimConsultMaking Innovation Happen is a brand new service from Rail Forum member InterimConsult and could be just the ticket to supporting your innovation ideas.  Speak with Paul Corcoran for more info.
