SPECIAL NOTICE: Whilst larger events are now taking place around the country we are aware that people prefer venues with plenty of space and good ventilation. We have the Toyota Suite booked for our Christmas Lunch event and although the capacity in the room is around 240 we will be limiting numbers to well below this to ensure no-one feels cramped. The room is air conditioned and there is also opportunity to open the pitch side doors to provide more ventilation.

12.15pm Assemble for drinks
1.30pm Three course lunch served in the Toyota Suite (bar open throughout the afternoon)
