The RFM AGM will be held on 5th June at the Derby Conference Centre. Arrangements for the day are as follows
2.00pm Optional visit to either Datum, who manufacture the Elizabeth Line cabs, or TrainFX to see their new dynamic seat reservation system in operation. Both are located within a 5-10 minute walk or 2 minute drive of the Conference Centre. If you wish to join one of the tours please register your attendance below and full details will be forwarded to you nearer the time.
3.00pm Arrival for AGM / Refreshments
3.15pm AGM including team update on activities and industry guest speakers
4.15 pm Refreshments/Canapés and Networking
5.30pm Close
Please note that official papers for the AGM will be emailed to your nominated primary contact on 20th April. If you require additional copies contact elaineclark@midlandsrail.co.uk. Members are welcome to send multiple delegates to the AGM although only one will be eligible to vote on the formal resolutions.
