This year Rail Forum Midlands (RFM) and the Railway Industry Association (RIA) are joining forces to offer a joint charity golf tournament which will be held at The Nottinghamshire Golf & Country Club. By working together the two organizations will bring a significant number of individuals and teams from across the whole industry to not just enjoy the golf and raise money for charity but also to maximise the networking opportunity available to our joint members.
RFM and RIA members are invited to compete in teams of four for the RFM Neil Harvey Memorial Trophy AND as individual golfers for the RIA Trophy, on this spectacular Nottinghamshire course. All proceeds from the event will be donated to our nominated charities: Railway Children and Railway Mission. We hope that you will be able to support our event and enjoy an excellent day of golf in good company, and beautiful surroundings.
Not a golfer? Don’t let that stop you enjoying the fun! We will be offering one hour long taster sessions with the club golf pro for those individuals who want to ‘give it a go’.
The day includes a two course dinner and we will be holding a charity raffle to raise money for our chosen charities – all raffle prizes gratefully received!
