Rail Vehicles & Enhancements is the only UK show specifically focused on Rail Vehicles and Enhancements. Now owned by the market-leading Modern Railways magazine, the show encompasses an Exhibition, a Conference and a ‘Meet the Buyer’ programme organised by Rail Forum Midlands in partnership with the Railway Industry Association (RIA) and the Department for International Trade (DIT) – see below for full details. The show draws in international exhibitors, buyers and a broad range of visitors from RoSCos, Train Operators, the Consultancy Industry, Heavy Maintainers, Integrators, Designers and the Supply Chain. The show has consistently grown for the past six years leading to the show being even bigger for 2018.

The show is Free to Attend for anyone working within the rail industry.

Our Meet The Buyer programme offers suppliers the chance to pitch their products and services direct to some of the most influential buyers in the rail industry.  We have buyers from several companies confirmed and we will add more  over the coming few weeks – so please check here regularly for updates.

Current confirmed ‘Meet the Buyer’ companies are:

Alstom

Angel Trains

Bombardier

CAF

Hitachi

Porterbrook

Siemens

Skoda

Talgo

Transport for London

To submit your application to meet with the buyers, please download and complete the below application form and return to jemma@midlandsrail.co.uk

Application Form Meet the Buyer

Application Selection Process

  1. All completed application forms must be returned to jemma@midlandsrail.co.uk by close of business on 24th August 2018. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
  2. Completed forms will be forwarded to all participating ‘buyers’ that suppliers have indicated they would like to meet (as per the application form) by 24th August.
  3. ‘Buyers’ will review the applications and select which companies they want to meet with during RVE 2018. The ‘buyers’ decision will be final and an application is not a guarantee that any particular ‘buyer’ will want to meet with you.
  4. Once selections have been completed suppliers will be notified and  if they have been successful they will be allocated a time slot for each ‘buyer’ they are to meet with.
