This event will take place online.

Following hot on the heels of our previous event which focussed on rail in the north we are delighted to bring to you a second event, this time focussing on Siemens’ plans for their Goole site in East Yorkshire.

Siemens recently let the contract for the build of the main train factory to Leeds based GMI Construction; this is scheduled to open in 2023 assembling trains for the Piccadilly Line Deep Tube project. Plans for the site  also include an associated rail supplier village and innovation centre with co-located suppliers, making Goole a rail centre of excellence for the UK.

We are delighted that Finbarr Dowling, Project Director at Siemens has agreed to provide an update on current progress.

Additionally Niraj Sondi, Commercial Director will provide an update on the Deep Tube Underground Project and Ollie Finkill, Bus. Dev. Manager – Clean Technology Finance will explain the various financial support packages that Siemens can offer to supply chain companies (you don’t have to be a Siemens supplier to take advantage of these!)

Please note that this event is for MEMBERS ONLY.

Bookings will close at 5.00pm on Wednesday 2nd June.  Joining Instructions will be sent out on Thursday 3rd June.

Sorry, bookings for this event are closed.
