Joe Whalen left a career working in Client, Contractor and Consultancy parts of the railway industry in 2017 to establish Railway Project Services – a start-up SME in railway Project Management. Having built the business to a four-strong team with a turnover of £250,000, Joe is taking the time to speak with YRP members about what it takes to form a start-up in the current climate, what to watch out for and his plans for 2019 and beyond.
