Our team are specialists in the design, manufacture and maintenance of mobile equipment such as chillers, fridges, coffee machines, water boilers, toasters, grills and hobs. We have specific expertise in the trolleys onboard trains and planes. Sovereign provide both on train and off train support for all types of catering galley equipment and services both fixed and mobile; operating contracts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with an out of hours contact service. It’s our mission to help you improve your hospitality and catering service, while also reducing your costs and helping you to be more profitable.
