Permanent Secretary Visit to Derby

The DDRF hosted a visit to Derby on Friday by Permanent Secretary, Philip Rutnam, who is the most senior civil servant in the Department for Transport.

The Permanent Secretary also brought a number of DfT non-Executives on his fact finding visit which included tours of Railway Vehicle Engineering Limited (RVEL), EMT’s Etches Park Depot and meetings with the DDRF Executive and Porterbrook directors.
