Today marks the next chapter in our journey: the launch of ECSL Group.
This is a strategic step forward that reflects not only how ECSL has grown since 2019, but where we believe the business — and our industry — needs to go next. Over the past few years, ECSL has continued to expand in capability, capacity and geographic reach, navigating a period of significant challenge across the construction sector. That experience has shaped our thinking: growth alone is not enough. Alignment, resilience and long-term thinking matter just as much.
ECSL Group brings together over 100 engineers and technicians from ECSL Ireland, ECSL India, ECSL UK and IES to form a single team— united by shared standards, a common purpose and a clearer, more ambitious vision for the future. This structure allows us to collaborate more effectively, invest with intent, and deliver greater value for our clients and partners.
Under the leadership of our newly appointed Managing Director, Richard Dwerryhouse, our focus is on building a Group that is future-ready: technically strong, internationally connected, and grounded in the expertise and people that have defined ECSL from the beginning.
This is not a reset. It’s a progression — one that positions ECSL Group for sustainable growth and long-term impact.
