RPS has been named SME Employer of the Year at the Young Rail Professionals (YRP) Awards, held in London.
The award recognises the company’s commitment to supporting, nurturing and developing its people, as well as celebrating their achievements across the infrastructure industry. Speaking following the win, a representative from RPS said the recognition was a reflection of the entire team’s efforts, both those working with clients in the field and those supporting them behind the scenes.
The YRP Awards celebrate excellence across the rail sector, with the SME Employer of the Year category recognising smaller businesses that demonstrate outstanding commitment to their people.
