The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) is excited to be bringing a number of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractors, delivering major projects in Africa, to the UK, to meet directly with supply chain businesses based in the Midlands, Northern England and Northern Ireland.

This is an exclusive opportunity for UK businesses to gain insights into a range of major infrastructure projects due to be delivered across the African continent, promote their expertise and capabilities in their field, have initial conversations with the EPC contractors about their procurement requirements, and to learn how to join their vendor lists and establish new business relationships.
With a focus on projects in the transport sector underwritten by UK Export Finance or multilateral development banks, the sessions will highlight opportunities in the following sub-sectors:

The roadshow already has contractors confirmed interested in the African markets of Angola, Cote D’Ivoire, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania and Uganda.
