Please note attendance at our formal AGM is only open to Rail Forum members and invited guests.
Our AGM is much more than just a few minutes of formal business (important though that is). It is an opportunity for members to hear from the Rail Forum team and Board about what we have achieved and have planned, to understand how we spend your money and to put forward your own ideas for what we should focus on in the coming months.
The format for this years AGM will be similar to 2025 which gives members an opportunity to hear from a number of VIP guests over a series of ‘fireside chats’. This year we are delighted to welcome:
- Malcolm Brown, CEO of Angel Trains
- Andrew Went, Engineering, Technical and Safety Executive Director of East West Rail
- and Kathryn Oldale, Commercial Director, DB Cargo (UK)
… plus some key updates including from members of the Rail Forum team.

Please note that booking a place at the AGM does not include an automatic place at the Summer Gathering which will take place afterwards. To book a ticket for the Summer Gathering please click here.
Members are able to book ONE place at the AGM to allow as many different member organisations as possible to join.
Bookings will close on 25th June (or sooner if the event is full) and joining information will be sent w/c 6th July.
