Marking 100 Years Since WWI

As you will be aware, 11th November marks 100 years since the end of the First World War, in which 186,475 railway workers served under arms, with nearly 19,000 making the ultimate sacrifice. As an industry we want to remember the fallen and thank everyone involved and effected by the Great War. The Rail Forum team will be laying a wreath on Platform 1 at Derby Railway Station at 11am on 9th November, you are all of course welcome to join us!

Please also check with your local operators for other remembrance activities taking place across the country!
