The event will be led by Richard Beevers, Director of Customer Plus, an award winning customer and employee engagement consultancy. Richard was previously Marketing and HR Director of Capita Property & Infrastructure, one of the UK’s leading consultancies with over 3,000 staff and annual revenues of £300 million. Richard’s current clients include Porterbrook Leasing, The Metropolitan Police Service and Jane’s Information Group. Richard is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Certified Member of the Market Research Society and the author of The Investors in People Handbook.
