We enable the use of low-cost sensors to locate track faults by applying advanced data science. This unique process provides maintenance teams with prioritised information to better inform maintenance decisions.

Our most advanced tool, PolyTrack, was developed in partnership with West Midlands Metro, and is now in use following extremely successful independent verification of the PolyTrack prototype (with 74% of findings corresponding to track issues, a further 18% verified through a geometry survey to be track in poor condition and 8% associated with Tram Stations, which are frequently affected by faults).

PolyChord Ltd are now working with LNER and Network Rail to deliver a new condition-monitoring & predictive-maintenance tool for heavy rail. Our solutions are accurate, low-cost and require zero service downtime.
