Following Shoosmith’s recent webinar held on Thursday, 10th February 2022 entitled ‘The Covid-19 Public Inquiry – Practicalities, Possibilities and Predictions’, they would like to invite you to their next webinar – Preparation for the UK Covid-19 Inquiry – What do I need to know? on Wednesday, 6 April 2022 at 13:00 – 14:00.

Given that the terms of reference for the Covid-19 Inquiry are due to be published imminently, now may be the time to consider whether your organisation might wish to participate in the Inquiry and how best to approach any such involvement. The webinar will provide you with a practical insight into what it means to be involved in an Inquiry and the steps that you can consider taking now to ensure your organisation is prepared and in a good position to participate in the Inquiry when it gets underway.

This webinar will be hosted by Shoosmiths’ partner Paul Eccles. The panel of speakers will include partner Charles Arrand and associates Alex Friston and Hannah Frost. Shoosmiths will also welcome experienced Inquiry Counsel Nicholas Griffin QC, from QEB Hollis Whiteman.

Our speakers will cover:

  • What we know about the Inquiry so far;
  • Practical considerations for participants of inquiries; and
  • Expert evidence and Inquiries.

Please get in touch if you have any questions.
